Roasted to accentuate the citrusy chocolate-toned sweetness, this is a complex cup of coffee that sweet toothed drinkers will love. With a smooth and sustained aftertaste, this moderate acidic coffee is roasted to be enjoyed throughout the day.
REGION:
This single origin coffee comes from the Nariño region, which is just inside the coffee belt bordering Equador and the Pacific Ocean, and offers a profile taht is distinguished from the widely known Colombian coffee taste.
PRODUCER:
The farm, run by Javier Gómez, consists of only about eleven hectares under production with around 53,000 trees from a number of smallholder farms.
