We aim to ship on the next business day following receipt of your order. Orders placed on a Tuesday will be shipped on Wednesday, whereas orders placed on a Saturday will generally be shipped on Monday.
If you are eligible for and elect to “Pick Up” your order from our roastery, we will update your order status once it is ready for collection and you will then have 7 days to collect it. Please bring a copy of your order when collecting coffee from the roastery. Unfortunately, we are unable to store orders indefinitely and any orders remaining uncollected after 7 days will be considered abandoned.

Gear can be returned up to 30 days from the date of purchase for a refund or replacement.
You may return unopened bags of coffee in its original packaging for a refund within 5 calendar days of receipt.
Shipping charges are not eligible for refund.
